Party Question: How many guests may I invite?
All party packages include up to 15 Kids. Birthday Child + 2 Adults are included in the package. Due to limited parking, space and capacity, we suggest max occupancy of 40-50 guests. In the event of additional guests, each additional adult will cost $5/each and each additional child (above the allowed 15) will cost $15/each. These additional charges will be added to final payment, due on day of party.

Can we bring alcohol to serve to adult guests during our party?
No. Alcohol is not allowed in or on premises, including private parking lot and outdoors areas.

Can we bring outside food & drinks?
Yes, you are allowed to bring your own food & (non-alcoholic) drinks.

Is a waiver required for all guests & children?
Yes, all children in attendance, who will be participating in play, must have a signed waiver on file by an authorized parent or legal guardian. We have a direct link on our website to share with your guests to avoid check-in delays on day of party. If a waiver is not on file on day of party, all guests will be asked to complete one before entry/play.

Is your facility only for private parties?
No, we will announce open play dates/times on our social media pages (Facebook & Instagram) and update our website as Open Play Dates are available for everyone to come out and play!

What age is considered a "KID" for parties?
Newborns/Infants are not counted towards your party count (carried in carrier, stroller or car seat). Children who are able to participate and play within play areas are classified as a "KID" towards your party count. Guests ages 13+ are counted as an "Adult" for party count.

If I don't see my date/time available, do I have any options?
Yes! Please contact us so that we can do our best to accommodate or find a date/time that will work.

Do I get the entire venue to myself when I book a private party?
Yes! The entire venue will be only for you and your guests during your selected date/time slot.

May I bring candles for my child's cake/cupcake?
No! Burning/Lighting of any fire, including birthday candles, is not allowed within the faciltiy.
Open Play Question: Does my 1-year-old need a paid open play pass?
Yes. All children walking and able to participate, which means infants who are able to pull themselves up, crawl about and maneuver among the play areas, are required a paid pass to attend. Newborns/Infants in car seat, stroller or baby carrier are free, along with a paid pass for 1 child + 1 adult only.
*Please note, toddlers are classified as any child able to pull themselves up, crawl about and maneuver amongst other children within our play areas. In this case, toddlers under the age of 1 will also require a paid reservation.

May we bring in and hang a balloon arch on the party wall?
Yes! Our guests are welcome to decorate as they please with happy birthday banners, balloons, etc. We do not allow nails or holes to be made in any of our walls, but welcome command strips and wall tape to hang decorations as needed. Please note: any decorations brought in, must also be taken out. All guests are responsible for timely removal of all decorations which includes take down and removal of balloon arches.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Party Reservations: We understand there can be several reasons to cancel or reschedule your pre-planned party reservation and will do our best to accommodate your requests. We do require a minimum of 25 days prior to your scheduled booking date/time for cancellation requests. For cancellation requests made less than 25 days prior to reservation date/time, we will issue a store credit to be used and applied towards a future reservation, less a $40 reschedule fee.
For Open Play Reservations: Open Play reservations are non-refundable. Please notify us at least 24hrs prior to open play date/time so that we can cancel and issue a credit for use towards a future open play reservation.
For Special Event Reservations: Special event reservations are non-refundable. We will issue an open play credit for use towards a future open play reservation in the event you are to cancel 5 days prior to the scheduled event. Cancellation requests made less than 5 days before event, will forfeit deposit/payment.
